About This Place

Nestled in the heart of downtown McKinney, Texas, Cadillac Pizza Pub is a vibrant destination that expertly blends the comforting flavors of Italian cuisine with the lively spirit of a local pub. This beloved pizza restaurant and live music bar offers a culinary experience that is as inviting as it is flavorful, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors craving exceptional pizza and a fun-filled atmosphere.

Cadillac Pizza Pub takes pride in crafting thin-crust pizzas that burst with fresh, carefully curated ingredients. The menu is a treasure trove of standout dishes, from the signature Cadillac Pizza and classic Margherita Pizza to inventive specialties like the Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza and the indulgent Boss Hogs Pizza. Each bite offers a perfect harmony of crispy, delicate crust layered with vibrant sauces and rich cheeses that melt beautifully. If you’re in the mood for something heartier, the baked pastas—like the Local TX Sausage Lasagna with spicy ragu and creamy ricotta, or the creamy Cadillac Mac & Cheese featuring cavatappi noodles smothered in a blend of mozzarella, fontina, and sharp cheddar—are equally satisfying and soul-warming.

Start your meal with tempting appetizers such as the Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, which Chelsea Thomason calls “a must,” or the crispy Jalapeño Poppers and Spinach Artichoke Dip, perfect for sharing. The Vinnie’s Cheese Bread and Baked Wings also consistently receive rave reviews, delivering rich, savory notes that complement the pizzas beautifully. And don't miss the Chocolate Lava Cake for a decadent, molten finish that lingers satisfyingly on the palate.

The atmosphere at Cadillac Pizza Pub is a dynamic blend of casual comfort and energetic charm. Whether you choose to relax inside amid its stylish decor or opt for the spacious outdoor patio, the pub exudes a warm, welcoming vibe that makes every visit memorable. Live music frequently fills the space, adding a festive backdrop that elevates the dining experience without overshadowing conversation. Monica highlights the “fun atmosphere with live music” and the good-humored, attentive service that amplifies the venue’s appeal.

The drink menu is equally impressive, featuring an extensive selection of chilled beers—ranging from classic Bud and Coors Light to craft options like Franconia Dunkel and Sierra Nevada—and a well-curated house wine list including Cabernet, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, all affordably priced at $6 per glass. Whether you’re a beer connoisseur or a casual sipper, the variety ensures every guest finds a perfect pairing for their meal.

Patrons repeatedly commend the genuine hospitality of Cadillac’s staff, with Chetan Salian highlighting the “genuine smile and attention” from the team, making visitors feel right at home within the bustling, family-friendly crowd. While the place can get busy—especially on weekends and during special events like the Texas Music Revolution Festival, leading to longer waits—many encourage arriving early or reserving online to secure a spot and fully enjoy what this hotspot has to offer.

In summary, Cadillac Pizza Pub masterfully combines quality Italian-inspired cuisine, a lively pub atmosphere, and heartfelt hospitality. It’s the kind of place where each slice and glass feel crafted not just to satisfy hunger but to create memorable, joyous moments. Whether you’re craving a rich, cheesy slice or a night out with friends enjoying flavorful eats and live tunes, Cadillac Pizza Pub delivers an experience that feels both special and authentically Texan.

The thin crust pizza was delicious 10+, molten chocolate cake was good as well. Good service, fun atmosphere with live music, outdoor and indoor seating. My only complaint is the wait time, I reserved online through Yelp where my estimated wait time was 20-30 minutes, I ended up waiting 1hr 20min. It seemed like they weren’t paying attention to online reservations and will attend to customers who come up to the podium faster.

Certainly make this place a regular in our rotation! You will not regret a single menu item. The goat cheese stuffed mushrooms are a must! The queso is creamy and spicy and served with Fritos which adds the perfect salty bite! The pizza, regardless of what topping and sauce, will be your favorite combo. We ordered the Chicken Bacon Boom Boom, Boss Hog, and Jalapeño Popper - all equally delicious!

What a lovely local pizza spot and pub! We felt right at home with crowded fun filled family atmosphere inside! Amelia attended to us with a genuine smile and attention and I could see every of the Caddy staff was just as good when interacting the patrons! The beers we ordered were chilled and refreshing, the appetizer was very tasty, while half n half pizza (Classic Caddy & Bee's Kness) was perfectly wood fired with a thin crust and amazingly fresh ingredients. We are going to be regulars here!

Highly popular pizza place in downtown McKinney. I suggest you get in line online in advance. We had over a 2 hour wait on Friday night. The restaurant is not that large but they do have a large outdoor patio space. Decent beer and cocktails. Pizzas are thin crust and very flavorful. We got the margherita - which was great. Also tried the Jalapeño popper pizza.

AWESOME PIZZA GOOD VIBE My wife and I dropped by for lunch a Saturday in Jun during the Texas Music Revolution festival. The place was crowded - as expected - but we immediately got a table outside, which we preferred. The inside is real cool - had a nice decor and vibe to it. The staff was quickly to seat us - and then quite slow to start the service. That gave us a chance to relax in the good weather and look at the menu. But could have been a bit faster. The menu offers some nice pizza choices - and it offers nice selection of different beverages. We decided to share a pizza, and have a Bloody Mary and a mimosa. The pizza got served fairly fast and tasted delicious. We loved the thin crust and the toppings all tasted good. Overall a very good experience.

Came on a Friday for our family day out. We came in time for the weekly lunch special and it was a great deal. The stuff was amazing and sweet. The food was delicious and we were treated for our birthdays. Definitely a good place to come for a family lunch or day out.

Pizza is great. Even the gluten-free free crust is pretty good. The service wasn't great though. Our waitress talked to us 4 times (drink order, food order, pizza drop off, bill) and it took 40 min after we ordered to get our two pizzas. I appreciate not feeling rushed but when you are hungry and the waitress isn't checking in, you start to wonder what is taking so long. The pizza and the drink are worth going back for occasionally.

We had a truly exceptional dining experience at this restaurant, largely due to its fantastic location. The beautiful weather allowed us to enjoy our meal outside. Our drinks were outstanding and our appetizer, hummus with pita bread, was equally impressive. Let me add our salad was rewarding. While the pizza was a bit salty for my taste, my friends enjoyed it with a side of ranch dressing. Our waitress provided great service, keeping our drinks refilled throughout the meal. Overall, it was a great night out and we can't wait to return to this wonderful location.
